MANCHESTER, NH — A domestic call that escalated to involve a response by the city’s SWAT ended in an early-morning arrest.
On November 20, 2019 around 9:50 p.m., Manchester Police responded to a residence in the area of Sheffield and S. Mammoth roads for a report of a domestic violence incident. Patrol units attempted to resolve the situation but were not able to make contact with the suspect.
Manchester SWAT responded to the scene and took over command of the incident. At approximately 1:10 a.m. on Nov. 21 SWAT arrested Charles Boudakian who is being charged with criminal r=threatening (felony), simple assault-domestic, and resisting arrest.
No further information was released by police.
