MANCHESTER, NHย โ It’s time to kiss your lawn good-bye.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory beginning 3 a.m.ย Friday through 1 p.m.

The National Weather Service in Gray, Maine, says we’re in for some snowย โ 3 to 6 inches accumulation, depending on where exactly you are. To make it interesting, the Weather Underground says 1-3 inches.
Of course, it’s the weather in New Hampshire, so we’ll see what happens. But you can expect everything from school delays to a slow commute.
* Timing: Snow will move inย to New Hampshire afterย midnight, and along the southwestern Maine coastline closer toย day break. Snow will be heaviest Friday morning, around theย morning commute. Snow will quickly taper off early Friday afternoon.
* Impacts: Once snow begins roads are expected to quickly becomeย snow covered and slippery. Snow may fall at a rate of one-inch per hourย Friday morning, leading to low visibility in addition toย hazardous road conditions.
* Winds: North 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.
* Temperatures: In the lower 30s.
Precautionary/preparedness actions: ย A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snowย will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow-covered roads and limited visibility for motorists.
โForecasters say we’re still in for more snow on Tuesday, which is Primary election day, so plan ahead if you plan to vote.
