    Raising Cane’s Development
    Demolition has taken place on the former Shorty’s location to make way for the 3,200-square-foot restaurant that will feature two drive-thru lanes and an outdoor dining area. This will be Raising Cane’s first restaurant location in the Granite State.Photo credit to Jeff Hastings
    The Residences at Chestnut will provide 142 new units of affordable housing for lower-income families and individuals in Manchester. Additional photos and renderings available upon request.

    Lincoln Avenue Capital Project
    Progress continues on The Lincoln Avenue Capital 351 and 80 Merrimack St. A project that, when completed, will feature 142 units for individuals making anywhere from 0-60 percent of the city’s average median annual income.     The Edge Apartments project by Brady Sullivan Properties

    Cranes are in the air as construction continues on the new Edge Apartments – a Brady Sullivan Properties Project, located on Sundial Ave. and Dunbar Street. When completed, the Edge Apartments will feature 160 Units and stand 5 stories tall.


    Avatar Construction Project
    Progress continues at 21 Central St. on the Grand Central Suites Project. When completed, the GCS will feature 77 Units.


    Jones Street Investments Project
    Progress continues on the Jones Street Investments Project at 75 Canal Street in Manchester, NH where when completed, will feature 250 UnitsCallahan Construction Managers are working hard to make this design a reality. More to come as this beautiful building takes shape!

    83 Hanover Street Red Oak Project
    Projected to open at the of June of 2024! 

    40 brand new apartment homes with upscale amenities are being constructed at the former Odd Fellows Building at 83 Hanover Street in downtown Manchester. These cat-friendly studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments are in the center of the Arts and Theatre District!

    Saddle Rock Development
    Expected to open for May 1, 2024


    60 new townhouse units by the Socha Companies is expected to open on 5/1/24 at 1824 Front Street.

    These new units will offer many of the high-quality amenities Socha Companies is known for, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl flooring, private patios, off-street parking, generous basements for storage, and year-round property management.
