Spring is in the air this weekend! With seasonal markets, poetry readings, flower stamp painting, book fairs and more, it’s abloom with an abundance of ways to get out and enjoy the fair weather.

6th ANNUAL New England Quilt Expo, DoubleTree by Hilton, Manchester, NH โ€“ The 6th ANNUAL New England Quilt Expo features over 200 quilts on display, over 30 Vendors, Demonstrations, Classes, Charitable Organizations and Evening Social Events. Salvage Angel’s Anniversary Event Weekend, Salvage Angel, Norwood, MA โ€“ Weโ€™re celebrating 13 years of Salvage Angel! Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 11 & Sunday, April 12 and come celebrate with us. Inside the shop youโ€™ll find 70+ local small businesses with vintage finds, furniture, clothing, handmade art and so much more. Our indoor/outdoor pop-up market will also be back with 35+ vendors each day from 11 am โ€“ 4 pm. Weโ€™ll have dozens of FREE raffle prizes donated by our amazing vendors all weekend long.

Preschool Storytime – Milly Comfort Pony Visit, Manchester City Library – Winchell Room, Manchester, NH โ€“ Families with preschoolers 3-5 years old are invited to join Miss Amanda for some Preschool fun! There will be longer stories, games, music, dancing and occasional crafts to take home. Please choose one session to attend of this very popular storytime. Teen Thursdays, Manchester City Library – Winchell Room, Manchester, NH โ€“ Every Thursday, come hang out in the Winchell Room after school. We’ll have snacks, arts and craft supplies, Nintendo Switch, and other games. Once or twice a month we’ll have a special structured craft or activity. Beans and Garlic – Garden Musts, Nashua Public Library – Theater, Nashua, NH โ€“ Beans and Garlic – Garden Musts! In-Person. Improve your knowledge of these easy-to-grow garden staples. DIY Lowell Chill Night Chili & Stew Contest, Lowell Community Charter School, Lowell, MA โ€“ The DIY Lowell fundraiser with multicultural chili and stew tasting, music, drinks, community awards, and the famous DIY Sundae Bar! The Community Chill Night is DIY Lowellโ€™s annual community-building fundraiser. Register early and pay a $10 suggestedโ€“but no minimumโ€“donation, sample as many of the chilis and stews you want. Horror Book Festival: A Celebration of Fear, Ashland Public Library, Ashland, MA โ€“ The Ashland MA Public Library’s Horror Book Festival is back with a full day dedicated to horror literature, bringing together acclaimed authors, booksellers, and fans for a festival of panels, discussions, interactive games, and events.
