Concord Christmas Bird Count with Peter Alden, Peter Alden Residence, Concord, MA โ Join the founder of the 1st Concord CBC on Sunday, Dec. 28 from 7:30 am – 12:30 pm for this yearโs annual count. The CBC is the longest-running citizen science survey in the world and the bird population data is used to monitor important conservation studies. The Concord Christmas Bird Count is one of over 2,600 active count circles in the Americas and Pacific Islands. A count circle is defined by a center point and a radius of 7.5 miles.
