5K Miles for Meals, Nashua, NH – We are excited to welcome you to the 6th Annual 5K Run/Walk for Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County! It will be at Mine Falls Park, a fantastic venue which welcomes runners and walkers alike! The trails are amazing and offer a wonderful 5K route as well as beautiful 3K walking trails so that walkers will enjoy this day just as much. Details here.
Book Talk: The Last Bake Sale by Andru Volinsky 12 -1 p.m.): A fascinating dive into the fight for equitable school funding. As the lead lawyer in the Claremont, New Hampshire, school funding case, Volinsky waged a 20-year battle to make access to education fairer for all children in the state, not just the wealthy, white, and privileged. Colonial Dunstableโs Sacred Ground: Old Souls of the Old South Cemetery Tour, Nashua, NH – In honor of REV250โthe 250th anniversary of the American Revolutionโthe Nashua Historical Society invites you to step into the past. This living history event brings the regionโs Colonial and Revolutionary War heritage vividly to life through costumed reenactors portraying the men, women, and families who shaped early New England.
