The Chill Before the Warm
How long will the break from freezing temperatures last, and could it spoil the chances of a white Christmas? As the week progresses, the chill will let up, with many areas seeing temperatures climb above the usual 39-degree average by Friday. Still, some long-range forecasts hint at the possibility of snow next Tuesday.
