Gabrielle develops in the Atlantic and could head toward Bermuda. Tropical Depression Seven has intensified into Tropical Storm Gabrielle in the central Atlantic and is expected to bring wind, rain, and rough surf to Bermuda, with potential indirect effects on the Caribbean and the U.S. East Coast.
