MANCHESTER, NH – Robert Thomsen, 46, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Nov. 14 following a police investigation into a bomb threat made toward the Elliot Health System office building at 275 Mammoth Road.

According to police, a bomb threat was made at about 3:22 p.m. on Nov. 14. The building was evacuated and police at that time did not find any evidence of a bomb.
Detectives continued to investigate and developed Thomsen as a suspect, and at 10:30 p.m. Officers Lever, Daignault, and Reagen arrested Thomsen for felonious criminal threatening.
He was taken into custody without incident and is scheduled to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North on November 15, 2018.
