MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester held the first ever “Shop the Block” retail event, closing off Hanover Street to vehicle traffic from 4 to 8 p.m. on June 27. About 35 business set up as customers took over the block, enjoying the beautiful weather and getting to know more about the city’s growing retail base.
