Northwest winds around 20 mph will pick up to about 30 mph in the afternoon, with gusts reaching up to 60 mph. There’s a 30 percent chance of snow, and wind chills could drop as low as 26 below.
Elevations between 2,500 and 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire today: Summits will be obscured with a chance of snow and highs near 16. Northwest winds will blow at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts reaching up to 40 mph. Snow probability is around 40 percent.
