MANCHESTER, NH — Recently the West High Blue Knights Foundation presented Kevin Bernard, the West High School Resource Officer, with its third annual Walter Lubelczyk Blue Knight Award.
The award, created in memory of beloved West High teacher Walter Lubelczyk, and recognizing a faculty member, alumnus, or community member who dedicates their time for the betterment of students of Manchester West High School, was presented at the foundation’s recent fundraising event held at the Puritan Backroom.
