MANCHESTER, NH — Local photojournalist Jeffrey Hastings has put together a photo essay capturing highlights from Manchester Fire Department calls over the past year.
Hastings, of Frame of Mind Photos, said he is hoping to create similar tributes for other city departments in the coming months.
