2 charged with disorderly conduct after starting a fight and cursing in front of school kids

MANCHESTER, NH โ€“ Two men were arrested early Wednesdayย morning ย after behaving badly in front of school kids waiting for their bus, among other offenses. Emmanuel George, 24, and Darren Dustin, 23, were bothย charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, which began with a disturbance at the 7-Eleven on Valley Street.

According to a police narrative, Manchester Patrol Officers Robert Bifsha and Ryan Brandreth were called to the area of Beech Street and Hayward Street at 6 a.m. on June 3 for a report of two men yelling and screaming.ย Approximately 25ย minutes later, Officer Brandreth locatedย three men standing near a vehicle in the parking lot of 7-Eleven on Valley Street.

Officer Brandreth witnessed one of the men, later identified as George,ย punching another man.ย Both George and another man, later identified as Dustin,ย fled on foot as the officer arrived.

The third man, victim Andrew Emanuel, 35, told police that he had stoppedย at the store and engaged in an unprovoked confrontation with the two men. He told policeย he did not know either man prior to the confrontation. Dustin allegedly kicked Emanuelโ€™s vehicle, a 2001 Mercedes, for an unknown reason while George punched him in the face. Emanuel suffered minor injury to his nose and face from the punch but heย refused medical treatment. His vehicle sustained minor damage fromย being kicked.

Officer Bifsha noted thatย George ran toward Valley Street, so heย parked his cruiser on Bell Street and exited his car. While doing so, he yelled to George to stop running butย George kept running towardย the rear of 237 Bell St. Officer Bifsha ran toward the other side of the building to cut him off and sawย George jump a fence and run toward him. George, knowing he had been caught, conceded and was taken into custody. Officer Brandreth told the officer that he witnessed George punching another male moments before he fled on foot.

However, George allegedly yelled a “profanity-laced tirade” while waiting for the transport wagon. He remained uncooperative throughout the booking process and allegedly kicked one of the officers as he was placed into the transport wagon. Several young children were in the area waiting for their morning school bus, so George was also charged with disorderly conductย in addition toย resisting arrest/detention, 2 counts simple assault and violation of bail conditions.

Meanwhile,ย Dustin, who had fled on foot also, was spottedย running in the area of Cremeland on Valley Street. Officer Brandrethย caught up to Dustinย and placed him into custody. Dustin remained uncooperative during the arrest process and also beganย yelling multiple profanities in front of young children as they waited for their school bus. He was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Dustin appeared in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on June 4, 2015. Emmanuel was released on $1,000 cash/surety bail and will appear in court on July 16..
