MANCHESTER, NH โ Officers were dispatched to 1235 Elm Street at 7:30 p.m. on May 20 for a report of a man threatening workers with a handgun. Police units arrived on scene and spoke with several witnesses to include the victim, Daniel Shattuck, 22, of Nashua.

Shattuck, who works for a moving company, was moving items inside of 1235 Elm Street when a man approached Shattuck and his coworkers and allegedly spewed multiple profanities while yelling at them to quiet down. Brown was charged with resisting arrest/detention due to the fact he refused to exit the apartment. Both appeared in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on May 23, 2016.
