
MANCHESTER, NH – A Manchester man has been indicted on numerous charges in connection with sexually assaulting children.

Through multiple investigations by the Manchester Police Department’s Juvenile Unit, police have determined that Alexander Haggie, 26, sexually assaulted several children. As a result he was arrested in October 2024 and earlier this month was indicted on the following charges:
- 3 Counts of Pattern Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault
- 9 Counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault
- 3 Counts of Witness Tampering/Induce Other
- 2 Counts of Indecent Exposure/ Sex Act, Child <16
- 4 Counts of Endangering- Solicit Sex
- 2 Counts of 2nd Degree Assault; Strangulation
- 2 Counts of Criminal Threatening- conduct
- 1 Count of Criminal Threatening
- 8 Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
- 2 Counts of Sexual Assault- Sexual Contact
- 1 Count of Computer Services; Use Prohibited
- 1 Count of Transmit a Lewd Image to Child <16
- 1 Count of Gross Lewdness in Presence of Child <16
- One Count of Simple Assault
Haggie is currently being held on preventative detention and is scheduled for arraignment on February 24, 2025 at Hillsborough Superior Court – North. The identities of the juvenile victims will not be released.

Alex’s girlfriend, Nicole Menard, 29, of Manchester, was arrested in November and released on $500 cash bail. Menard was indicted on the following charges in conjunction with one of Haggie’s cases: 2 counts of Witness Tampering and 1 count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She is scheduled for arraignment on February 21, 2025 at Hillsborough Superior Court -North
