MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police have arrested a city man following a months-long investigation into allegations of sexual abuse of a minor.
Through an extensive investigation conducted by the Manchester Police Juvenile Unit, detectives identified Jeffrey Cincevich, 21, of Manchester, as the suspect.
An arrest warrant was issued charging Cincevich with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one count of felonious sexual assault.
He was taken into custody on November 21, 2025, by Manchester Police and is currently being held without bail.
This remains an active investigation.
