Let It Snow
New Hampshire could see some accumulating snow later this week, depending on the storm’s path. More details will emerge in the coming days, but snow lovers and skiers disappointed by the recent thaw can look forward to the return of cold air and the chance for some snow on Thursday and Thursday night.

Elevations for summits above 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire today: Summits will be hidden with temperatures ranging from 12 to 22 degrees. Northwest winds near 55 mph will shift west and ease to about 45 mph by afternoon. Above 5,000 feet, northwest winds around 80 mph will turn west and drop to about 65 mph later in the day, with gusts up to 110 mph. Wind chills could plunge to 40 below.
Elevations between 2,500 and 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire today: Summits drifting in and out of clouds, with highs in the low 20s. Northwest winds near 40 mph shifting west to around 30 mph in the afternoon, with gusts reaching up to 90 mph. Wind chills could drop as low as 22 below.
