The clerk, Qaisar Anwar, stated an unknown assailant entered the store and demanded money, armed with a small handgun. Multiple officers assisted in the evacuation while continuing the investigation. Ultimately, they were able to identify a potential caller, who they believe to be a mentally challenged juvenile from outside of the City of Manchester. The juvenile will most likely not be charged for false public alarm, which is a felony level offense.
