A fire inside a manufacturing plant on Abby Road required assistance from Manchester Fire Department’s hazmat team Wednesday morning. A worker was transported from the scene with chest pains.

A woman who was taken from the scene in handcuffs after a field sobriety test, struck several cars along a stretch of South Willow Street on Monday afternoon.

Initial reports from witnesses at the scene indicate that a Ford Focus was traveling north at a high rate of speed approaching stopped traffic when the driver crossed several lanes to avoid the stopped vehicle, striking several other vehicles.
