An independent Selection Committee was tasked with selecting about 30 people from the 90 who applied, to form a group that would authentically represent Manchester. The group’s work would be most meaningful if its members were representative of the City’s many constituencies, from parents and students, to educators and community leaders.
Manchester Proud is kicking off the New Year with two planned town halls, at Memorial and West high schools.
Manchester Proud announced that after a rigorous, six-month search process, their Consultant Selection Work Group has chosen 2Revolutions, LLC as a partner to guide the next phase of work in creating an aspirational and achievable strategic plan for the Manchester School District.
In order to hear as many voices and perspectives as possible, we are going door to door to hear directly from the community about what they think about Manchester, its future, and its schools.
Manchester Proud invites and welcomes members of the community to join in supporting Manchester’s students. As part of the strategic planning effort there will be numerous town halls, workshops, and other community events, and all are invited to attend, participate, and join in the visioning of our schools.
