The Texas firm Life Corporation has been identified as the source of AI-generated robocalls received by numerous New Hampshire residents purporting to be President Biden. An investigation was launched after the calls were reported on Jan. 21.

The Attorney General’s Office has received complaints regarding a recorded message encouraging voters not to vote in the January 23, 2024, New Hampshire Presidential Primary Election.  The message, which was sent on January 21, 2024, stated “your vote makes a difference in November, not this Tuesday.”  Although the voice in the robocall sounds like the voice of President Biden, this message appears to be artificially generated based on initial indications.

As originally filed, significant portions of the complaint included information that was redacted from public view.  Removing the redactions provides additional context for the misconduct New Hampshire alleges against Meta based on the company’s own documents.

Investigators have identified all of the involved parties to the shooting, and the ongoing investigation includes whether the person who shot Carlos Rodriguez acted in self-defense. Investigators believe there are additional bystanders who have not come forward to report what they saw and/or heard.  Any individuals with direct information about this event who were behind or outside the Red Arrow Diner at 61 Lowell St., are asked to contact the Manchester Police Department at (603) 668-8711 and ask for the Detective Unit.
