Judge Delker ordered Waleed Al Thuwayni to be evaluated for an Involuntary Emergency Admission to the New Hampshire State Hospital.  He ordered him held in preventative detention saying he had “really grave concerns” if he would follow court orders, given he didn’t follow police orders to stop.

In Hillsborough County Superior Court Northern District on Tuesday, Curtis Massey, 25, of 421 Merrimack St., Apt. 1, was ordered held on $10,000 cash/surety bail.  He entered not guilty pleas to being an armed career criminal, falsifying physical evidence, being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest/detention.

The boy’s father, Murtadah Mohammad, is being held without bail.  He waived arraignment Friday in Hillsborough County Superior Court on charges of first-degree assault; two counts of second-degree assault; endangering the welfare of a child, and two charges of falsifying physical evidence. Police said he may be facing more charges.
