Seven days after a Valley Street jail administrator told county commissioners he was working with state health officials to comply with Centers for Disease Control COVID-19 guidelines, a Superior Court judge ordered a COVID-19 positive inmate released and said he should “immediately report to a local emergency room to be assessed by a doctor.”
