Judge Charles Temple ruled Monday that $560 million Powerball winner “Jane Doe’s” hometown must be revealed, but her name is exempt from disclosure under the state’s right-to-know law.
The investigation is focused on whether Judge Moore engaged in conduct constituting RSA 641:3, Unsworn Falsification; RSA 641:7, Tampering with Public Records or Information; and/or RSA 642:1, Obstructing Government Administration, as well as other criminal conduct as dictated by the evidence.

In a 6-7-1 vote, the Aldermen rejected a recommendation by the Committee on Lands and Buildings to award a proposal by the Tokena Corporation to purchase the property for $250,000.

The United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire announced that the Honorable Scott W. Murray was sworn in March 5 as the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire. Chief U.S. District Judge Joseph Laplante administered the oath of office at the federal courthouse in Concord.
For the first time, four individuals at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord and the New Hampshire Correctional Facility in Berlin were awarded U.S. Department of Labor Journeymen apprenticeships for furniture and upholstery. They completed and graduated from a 6,000 hour program to become eligible.
