Negotiators for the Manchester Education Association and the Manchester School District met Thursday to discuss educator salary proposals for a new contract. No agreement was reached on a deal.
In a joint statement, the parties announced that new ground rules governing the bargaining sessions were adopted and that a conceptual salary proposal from the MEA was discussed.
