Over the last three years, The Granite YMCA has worked in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester and the Manchester School District to deliver the Power Scholars Academy, a program to help mitigate summer learning loss, to inner-city students.

A mediation session between the school board’s negotiation committee and Manchester Education Association which was to take place Thursday will be rescheduled, after the mediator could not attend due to illness.
Several sessions are planned for meetings at Memorial and West High Schools.
