MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police respond to a number of addresses each year for quality of life issues, involving loud music, neighbor disputes and other disturbances. A West Side address has received a number of complaints over the past few weeks, so the Special Enforcement Division’s/Special Investigations Unit initiated an investigation at 558 Montgomery Street, second floor, resulting in the following action, according to a police narrative:
On March 31 detectives received information that one of the tenants of the Montgomery Street residence, identified as Timothy Pelletier, 30, was wanted in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Pelletier was wanted out of Worcester, MA, for conspiracy to distribute oxycodone. He also had in-state warrants for theft by deception; willful concealment; and driving after suspension/revocation.
Detectives made contact with Pelletier and Nicole Dionne, 29, inside the second floor apartment at 7 p.m. on March 31. They spoke with Pelletier and informed him of his warrants before placing him into custody.
A subsequent name check on Dionne revealed an electronic bench warrant for a reckless operation charge. Both were taken into custody without incident. They were scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on April 1, 2015.
