How long have you lived in Manchester? Granite Stater, relatively new to Manchester
Hobbies/Fun Fact about you/other biographical info. Love to workout, volunteer, train my dogs, fly drones, 3D Print, learn new languages, and play MR.
Why should someone vote for you?
As a former teacher with two master’s degrees and now an engineer, I bring both classroom experience and fresh ideas. I’ll invest in our teachers so every Manchester student gets the education they deserve.
How many public high schools should there be in Manchester, where should they be and should any of them be magnet schools?
Manchester should continue with our three main high schools, but we need to modernize and right-size them. Magnet programs make sense only if they expand opportunity, like STEM or arts, but we shouldn’t create inequality between schools. Every high school should be strong.
Should all public high schools in Manchester offer some sort of vocational training or should vocational classes by centralized at the current Manchester School of Technology campus?
Every high school should offer some vocational pathways, and MST should remain the hub for specialized programs. Kids shouldn’t have to choose between a traditional education and vocational training, they should have access to both.
What is your opinion on the first phase of the Manchester School District’s facilities plan? (finishing fifth grade expansions at the middle schools/new Beech Street Elementary)
It’s the right move. We need safe, modern, and accessible schools. The expansions will give students the resources they deserve and relieve overcrowding.
What is your opinion of Education Freedom Accounts?
They’re a scam that drain money from public schools. Public dollars should fund public education, period.
How can the Manchester School District attract and retain talented staff?
Pay competitive wages, reduce class sizes, invest in professional development, and show respect for teachers by giving them the support and resources they need to succeed.
What are your thoughts on the Manchester School District’s curricula?
The curriculum should be evidence-based, inclusive, and prepare students for both college and careers. We need to keep politics out of classrooms and trust educators to teach.
What are your thoughts on school budget deliberations in 2026?
We need a budget that fully funds education, pays staff fairly, and invests in modern facilities and technology. Cutting corners on education costs more in the long run.
Anything else you’d like to add not mentioned here and what is the best way voters can reach you if they have more questions?
Our kids only get one shot at a great education. I’ll fight to make sure Manchester delivers it. Reach me anytime by phone, email, or in the community. I’ll always listen.
