But as customers race back out to eat, one problem persists: There is not enough staff to serve them. Some restaurants have cut back hours or decided to close certain days of the week because they can’t keep pace with demand.

A universally enjoyable experience, it’s difficult to believe that the current generation’s familiarity is possibly only through film.
