MANCHESTER, NH โ Manchester Police were called to investigate a report of shots fired at 90 Conant St. at about 9 a.m. Because this address is located near three West Side schools โ West High School, Parkside and Gossler Park, police advised a “secure campus” status and asked that the schools “shelter in place” as a safety precaution.
As of 9:50 a.m. police were converging on the address with a “Bearcat” to check for a person of interest.
At 10:10 a.m. at least four people had exited the residence, said Manchester Police Lt. Brian O’Keefe.
A district spokesperson confirmed that all three schools were in secure campus mode, and that all students and staff are safe.
Just before 11 a.m. police had cleared the scene and the “shelter in place” order was lifted from area schools.
