Planning & Community Development Office last week provided the board with an update on housing projects that are either in front of the Planning Board, have just been completed, or are on their way to completion.

All that plus a reminder about the two-day Code-A-Palooza happening March 7-8, and everyone’s invited.

This week, the Aldermen have a few special meetings in conjunction with the regularly scheduled BOMA meeting, plus the Planning Board convenes on Feb. 17.

The Zoning Board will meet on Thursday, February 10 at 6 p.m.

The Heritage Commission is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28.

The Manchester Planning and Community Development Department will host a public meeting at 6 p.m. on December 15 in the Aldermanic Chambers of City Hall. The meeting will begin the process of amending the Manchester Zoning Ordinance and incorporating it into a unified land-use code.
