Manchester Police have arrested Jonathan Santiago Torres, 39, of Manchester in connection with two separate criminal incidents that happened earlier this year.Â

Authorities have determined the fire was a result of arson. It caused significant damage to the apartment building, and is now under investigation.
Residents of 121 Hanover St. were evacuated following a small fire outside the building early Thursday morning. No injuries were reported.
Concord Fire Department members arrived at about 10:20 p.m. to find an exterior fire that was extending into the building through the eves at 11 Stickney Avenue, and a second fire by the Holiday Inn involving a small brush area.
Stephen Gracyalny, 59, of Candia was arrested on February 20 on one felony-level charge of arson.
