A landlord is claiming his rights were violated and his reputation was damaged after he was arrested for wiretapping following a March drug raid at his property. He has named two officers as defendants, along with the city, in a $1.25 million suit filed June 19, 2015.

The suspect is approximately 30 years old with a thin build and short dark hair. He has distinctive tattoos – including a tribal tattoo on his right arm, and tattoos on the right side of his neck, as well as the back of his neck.
