Teachers and staff at Gossler Park Elementary School received a well-deserved boost of appreciation last Thursday and Friday during parent-teacher conferences, thanks to Grappone Ford’s Mobile Oil Change Service.
Manchester Proud (MP) is excited to announce the new leadership team of Debby Miller and Aimee Kereage as Co-Directors. Debby and Aimee will report to the Champion’s Council (Manchester Proud’s Board) continuing the momentum that Manchester Proud has built up over the past 6 years under Barry Brensinger’s leadership. Barry has made the decision to step down from his leadership role to enjoy retirement, he will remain a member of the Council and involved in MP’s work.Â
The board meeting will be held in the Memorial High School Auditorium from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at 1 Crusader Way, Manchester. The plan will be presented by members of our Champions Council and Community Planning Group. Refreshments will follow in the cafeteria.
Manchester Proud and its partner 2Revolutions will hold similar sessions for the public, on Dec. 3, 12, and 18, from 6 to 8 p.m., locations to be announced.
The meeting will be held at French Hall at the New Hampshire Institute of Art at 5:30 p.m. and is expected to end around 9 p.m. The public is invited.
Imagine a Manchester that boasts SNHU, UNH, Saint Anselm, NH Art institute, MCC now having the premier set-up of high schools that the entire country can be envious of.
This was one of several such stops Congressman Chris Pappas has made as part of his overall tour of the district during the summer Congressional recess.
Both events – May 23 and 29 – are part of Manchester Proud’s strategic plan to engage the community in designing the future of Manchester’s public schools.
