At 8:35 a.m. on June 18, Manchester police arrived on the scene after a bomb-sniffing dog took notice of a parked vehicle in Arms Park. The state police arrived to assist with their Explosives Ordinance Detection unit in order to prevent or disarm any potential explosives inside or attached to the vehicle.

PCAs exist to offer individuals with disabilities a greater range of choices in how they receive services, and when. Unfortunately, these positions are all funded by non-profit organizations that may not immediately adjust to increased costs which causes a need for increased wages.

This year marks the centennial year of inventor Ralph Baer’s birth.  Born in 1922, Ralph Baer is regarded as the father of video games and has more than 150 patents to his credit.  He spent the majority of his career in New Hampshire and called Manchester his home for nearly 60 years.
