This work is part of the I-293 widening and bridge replacement project in the vicinity of Exit 4. The project includes the replacement of four “Red Listed” bridges and the
rehabilitation of one “Red Listed” bridge at the I-293 Exit 4 Interchange.
Brown was charged with receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking (result of separate incidents occurring on December 12 and December 13, both at Elliot properties) and Badger was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled drug. Both will be arraigned for the thefts on December 19, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester.

Officers Derek Feather and Tyler Shaw located the victim, a 30-year-old male, outside of 305/307 Cedar Street who was bleeding profusely due to a stab wound in his abdomen. Both officers assisted the injured man while additional officers responded and set-up a perimeter to locate the suspect.
As of 4:30 p.m. one person was taken into custody and the male victim has been transported to a local hospital and treated for his non-life threatening wound.
Police are investigating a report of an active shooter, and are searching the woods near Hackett Hill.
Curtis Massey, 17, was allegedly involved in a Dec. 10 robbery of a female cab driver at approximately 11:45 p.m. in addition to a second robbery involving a male cab driver on December 13, 2014 , at approximately 9:40 p.m.

The total value is $5,105.
