A vigil at Veterans Park on Elm Street will include staff from Catholic Medical Center’s Health Care for the Homeless, along with Mayor Joyce Craig, other advocates and healthcare workers, members of the faith community and neighbors, who will gather at 6 p.m. to honor the lives of the homeless and formerly homeless who have died in 2018.
