The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, affectionately known as TCJA, has been one of the most controversial and sweeping such legislation in the recent history. Catholic Charities New Hampshire announces the appointment of Karen Moynihan as senior director of development. In her role, Moynihan will oversee all development activities including fundraising, volunteer administration and donor relations.
