On Monday, April 20, Minor League Baseball recognized New Hampshire’s Sean Keys as the Eastern League’s Player of the Week for the week of April 13 through April 19. Keys is the first Fisher Cats player to receive the league’s Player of the Week award since Jace Bohrofen in April of 2025.

Despite a pair of home runs from Jace Bohrofen and Sean Keys, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats dropped their series opener against the Reading Fightin Phils, 9-3, Tuesday from FirstEnergy Stadium. Though the Cats added two home runs to their season total, a nine-run fourth inning put New Hampshire behind, and they were unable to recover. First baseman Jackson Hornung extended his hit streak to 13 and centerfielder Ismael Munguia extended his hit streak to nine.

Heavy rain kept the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (8-5) and Chesapeake Baysox (7-7) from finishing their six-game series on Sunday, as the series finale was canceled, due to inclement weather. Sunday’s game will not be made up, and tickets can be exchanged for any 2026 Fisher Cats regular season home game, based on availability.

A back-and-forth ballgame ended in New Hampshire’s first walk-off win of 2026, as the Fisher Cats out-lasted the Chesapeake Baysox, 7-6, in 10 innings. The victory secured the Fisher Cats’ first series win of 2026 and extended New Hampshire’s win streak to five in front of a season-high attendance of 3,272.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats won their fourth consecutive game on Thursday night at Delta Dental Stadium with a 12-6 win over the Chesapeake Baysox. The Fisher Cats plated six runs in each the bottom of the fourth and eighth innings. Jackson Hornung extended his hitting streak to 10 games with his seventh multi-hit game in his last eight games.
