The amendment passed by a vote of 322-41, with near unanimous support from Manchester’s state representatives.
I recently wrote an opinion piece after the New Hampshire House passed a budget proposal, but before the budget had moved to the Senate. I stated I was a registered Independent and that the Republican state legislature was being controlled by the Free Staters. I spoke about how the House budget impacted the poor and the middle class in NH, and that because the House was controlled by the Free Staters, this budget was a means to their ends…dismantling of government, public education, healthcare, and more in the state of New Hampshire.
I wanted out. Fearing backlash, I slowly, passively removed myself from FSP circles. I stopped attending events and unfriended thousands on Facebook. In early 2016, when Ian Freeman publicly claimed that children can consent to sex, I opted for a formal cleaving.
“New Hampshire, they know the deal. and they have entities like this. (NHIOP) And that’s why I think it’s really a shame what did happen, and I think it’s something that’s going to be, I suspect, will be fixed. And I expect to be in this room a lot of times over the next year or two.”
