A Hillsborough County Superior Court Northern District grand jury indicted Steven Hallock, 41, of 11 Congress St., on charges of sale of a controlled drug, death resulting; sale of a controlled drug, fentanyl, and sale of a controlled drug, crack cocaine.   The death resulting charge is a special felony which, on conviction, carries a sentence of up to life in prison.
