I will clean up the parks, city infrastructure, sidewalks, streets, and city property, and put the homeless in placement to sober living to housing stability to function as members of society, from all resources I have access to inside the city of Manchester.
If elected, what steps would you endorse to address the issue of homelessness in the city?
Make more efficient way of a shelter use high barrier not allowing criminal activity to transpond with the new shelter put in place, work with partners inside the city. Also putting a chaplain inside the fire department to be a resource for city and the community, including mental health response with suicidal persons.
If elected, what steps would you endorse to address the issue of housing costs?
Address the red tape laws to stop rent hikes, affordable housing for all, put rooming houses in the city to help with the homeless crisis.
If elected, what steps would you endorse to address the issue of attracting and retaining quality city employees?
Make it more affordable to raise a family in the city. Add better benefits long term for employees.
What is your perspective on the city’s roads, transit system and parking? If you believe improvement is needed, how would you accomplish that?

Add better transport to other towns/city in NH, including Keene to Seacoast, Lakes Region and White Mountains, for more employment opportunities.
What is your opinion on the city’s parks, library and entertainment offerings/public events? If improvement is needed, what should be done?
Allow all to enjoy the city parks, bring back cookouts, picnic tables, charcoal grills, etc. Clean the parks daily.
What is your opinion on the city’s policies regarding property taxes and other fees (i.e. – pet licenses, parking meters, etc.)
Property tax exempt for elderly, disabled, or veterans for certain coverage; low cost to none in other taxes from city.
What are your thoughts on the city’s business climate and how would you attract more businesses to come to Manchester or convince more people to start businesses in Manchester?
Set up a monorail or other transport from Maine or Vermont bus or train systems.
What is your opinion of the state of education in Manchester and what should the relationship be between the Board of School Committee and Board of Mayor and Aldermen?
Better resources to the schools including wood shop and other trade programs, computer lab and language criteria for graduation of high school.
