Students don’t feel safe and it doesn’t seem like the authorities are exerting a lot of power to fix this. It’s frustrating to a lot of people, not just the neighbors and it’s sad to see my community crumble.

It does nothing to deter them; it simply makes them migrate to another park or place to hang out.
