The Altoona Curve (25-31, 54-71) completed a sweep of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (18-37, 48-75) at Peoples Natural Gas Field Sunday with a final score of 5-2. The wheels fell off for the Cats in the bottom of the eighth, as Altoona mounted a five-run comeback to take the lead.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (18-35, 48-73) dropped their fourth straight game to the Altoona Curve (23-31, 52-71) at Peoples Natural Gas Field Friday night, falling 7-5 in 10 innings. For the second straight night, Altoona won on a walk-off hit; Curve right fielder Matt Fraizer smashed a three-run homer to end the contest.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (18-29, 48-67), playing as the New Hampshire Primaries, overcame the Hartford Yard Goats (25-23, 63-52) at Delta Dental Stadium on Friday, 4-2. RJ Schreck had his fingerprints all over Friday’s win; Schreck smacked the go-ahead home run in the seventh, along with a single, two runs scored, two runs batted in and a diving catch.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (16-29, 46-67) lost a weather-shortened, five-inning contest to the Hartford Yard Goats (25-21, 63-51), 1-0 at Delta Dental Stadium on Wednesday night. After a 30-minute pregame delay, the teams played five innings at lightning pace before the skies opened and the game was made official.
