Grand Jury Indictments

A Hillsborough County Superior Court Northern District grand jury indicted Steven Hallock, 41, of 11 Congress St., on charges of sale of a controlled drug, death resulting; sale of a controlled drug, fentanyl, and sale of a controlled drug, crack cocaine.   The death resulting charge is a special felony which, on conviction, carries a sentence of up to life in prison.

A city man was indicted on first-degree assault and other offenses in connection to a Feb. 7, 2025 stabbing outside Bunny’s Superette on Elm Street.

Indictments issued for April covered a range of crimes from murder to  first-degree assault charges, one involving the shooting of a Bedford police officer, who was shot in the leg with his own police-issued gun, and another where a man is accused of shooting his mother in the arm.
