Title X is the only federal government program providing family planning services to low-income families, the uninsured, and the underinsured. On March 31, 2025, 16 recipients of Title X grants received notice that the Trump Administration was “temporarily withholding”  FY 2025 funding. President Trump’s executive order was effective the following day, which had immediate repercussions for sexual and reproductive health care (SRH) services.

The group began as a scholarship fund for vocational training. It has evolved into a resource for guiding young people into the trades and promoting hands-on careers

The newly opened Nash Casino on Tuesday presented $1.5 million in checks to local nonprofits. They are licensed as a New Hampshire charitable gaming venue, which obligates them to donate a percentage of games of chance and historical horse racing machine revenue to local charities.

For Chatila, the tariffs are the last straw; he has put his company and facility up for sale.  His biggest customer stopped buying, and his costs for imported ingredients, electricity, and eggs are rapidly escalating. He received notice from his fuel supplier of tariff surcharges they will impose. The company employed more than 20 people at its peak. Today, they have reduced their staff to just two remaining employees.
